Digital Files
You are purchasing a digital product, no physical item will be sent to you. Please note colours may vary depending on monitor, printer & print material used.
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all text on designs. While I'll carefully review proofs, I can't be responsible for checking spelling and punctuation. Any errors or omissions unnoticed after you approve the proofs are not the responsibility of Jenny Creative Designs. I kindly ask you to take a moment to thoroughly review everything before giving the final approval.Websites
Once you have approved the website I design for you, Jenny Creative Designs can’t be held liable for any content you or others add, change or upload, it’s your responsibility for anything that happens because of what's on the site or how it works once it's live. While I undertake to ensure the smooth operation and functionality of the site, I can't guarantee its impact on the performance of your business or its suitability for your intended purpose of use, and I can’t be responsible if it infringes on someone else's rights.

Copyright, the legal right to control the use and distribution of the original work, belongs to the creator, Jenny Creative Designs. The client is granted personal use rights along with a commercial license to utilise the designs for the specific business purposes intended for the project.Remember not to use or display the content in a manner that gives the impression that it was created by you or anyone other than Jenny Creative Designs.The use of any graphic design work must adhere to the Canva licensing agreement, particularly section 4A and section 9, which are accessible for reading through the link below.

To obtain the necessary license for this commercial purposes, please request a link from Jenny Creative Designs that will allow you to download your files from Canva, granting you the rights and license to produce and sell merchandise.The client grants Jenny Creative Designs permission to utilise the content created during contract fulfilment in both public and private domains, This includes, but is not limited to, usage on their website, social media, or other marketing platforms. Should you wish to restrict this usage, kindly inform Jenny Creative Designs in writing within five working days of the final payment. Your cooperation is much appreciated.
Payment Terms
Payment for my design services can be made via bank transfer or in cash.
A 30% non refundable deposit is required before any work commences.
This project includes three rounds of revisions, any further revisions will incur a charge of 20€ per hour.
Once you are completely satisfied with the work, the invoice will be sent to you. After the payment has been cleared, your files will be emailed to the address that you provide.
Cancellation Policy
You have the right to cancel your project at any stage of the design process. In the event of cancellation, any monies paid prior to cancellation are non-refundable. You will also be required to pay for any additional work which has been carried out prior to cancellation that has not already been paid for.
